SoloDac Hub Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

SoloDac Hub is an internal tool run by Evogr Solutions Private Limited (SoloDac). It is used only by our own team to publish videos to, and read performance numbers from, YouTube channels that our company owns. It is not offered to the public and we do not collect data about viewers or other YouTube users.

What the tool accesses

When the channel owner signs in with Google, the tool can upload videos to that channel and read that channel's own information and analytics (views, watch time, traffic sources, retention, subscribers). It does not read other people's accounts, private messages or any data outside the channels we own.

How we use it

We use this data only to upload our own videos and to understand how our own videos perform so we can improve them. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising or use it to build profiles of people.

Storage and retention

Sign-in tokens and the resulting statistics are stored on a private server controlled by our company and are not published. Tokens are deleted when a channel is disconnected.

Google API Services

SoloDac Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tool also uses YouTube API Services, so the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply.

Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Email us and we will delete any stored tokens and statistics for a channel.
